Order Delivery Time Notice

First, we want to thank you for your interest in purchasing from Stapel, LLC. As you may know, the world is in an interesting place in time. As a result, many of the supply chains around the world have been greatly affected in terms of resource availability. This includes human labor, raw materials, and many components that make up day to day goods and services.

As a result of this world wide squeeze, the technology industry, and related industries, have been put in a position of long wait times to common components to provide technology products to consumers.

We are seeing a marked increase in the amount of time it is taking to acquire components and products form our distributors. We are doing everything we can to find new channels of distribution, but the simple fact is that many of the products we offer in our store have very long wait periods. We are seeing, in some cases, 5 to 6 month lead times just to get parts to build some of our products. In general, we are seeing at least 2 month lead times for many of the products we offer, so please keep that in mind when you are ordering.

Additionally, if you're not signed up for our newsletter, we would strongly encourage you to do so. We will be including information on in-stock products and specials that may be of interest to you. These could save you time and money!

When you order from Stapel, we will do our best to provide you with an Estimated Delivery based on the information we are getting from our suppliers. If you order something on our site and it either becomes unavailable or the ETA is unacceptable for your needs, we will offer a full Refund on your order for the item(s) that meet this criteria.
