We want you to be completely happy with the products you purchase from Stapel. If you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from Stapel you can return it within 30 days of the item shipping from our warehouses for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping charges, under the following conditions:
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Item is not damaged and has not been reported damaged within 36 hours of receipt of the product.
- Product has not been tampered with, opened, or otherwise altered from its original shipped configuration.
- Is not one of the following categories of products: Downloadable software products, utilized time based billing products (such as purchased hours that have already been used), merchandize or swag that has been worn
Important Note: Make sure you notifiy us of any damage to your shipment within 36 hours of receipt of your package so that we can address any shipment damage issues as soon as possible.

How to return your items that meet the above conditions?
You will need the following information:

- Item code or description of the item(s) you would like to return
- Address you will be shipping the item from, including the following contact information:
- Full Name
- Company (If Applicable)
- Full Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Contact Email
- Reason you are returning item
Once you have gathered this information, fill out our return form and we will respond within 24 hours with any additional information or questions. Once your return is approved, we will send shipping instructions for you to ship your items back to Stapel. We will then examine the return to ensure the item meets the above criteria and issue your refund.
Fequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we confirm the returned items meets the criteria above, we will issue the refund immediately and depending on the mode of payment, it can take up to 2 to 3 days to be refelected back on your method of payment.
What if the item arrived defective?
In the rare case an item leaves our warehouse in a defective state, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible and dependent on available inventory. We sill require the item be returned in it's original packaging to ensure safe transport. If the item was damaged during shipment and the original packaging is also damaged, we will send you replacment packaging for your product.
What if I do not have the original packaging?
Depending on the specific product, and due to the nature of the items we normally sell, for example server, network and computer hardware, and to ensure safe return of the item, they have to be returned in their original packaging. In some cases we may be able to provide packaging for you to ship it back to us for a fee. Contact our support team for additional information.
Why don't you accept returns for downloadable software?
Due to the nature of the software we sell, it is impossible to return the license, since the software could still be used. Therefore, software licenses are not returnable.
What if I am unhappy with the service that was part of a time based product?
If you were unhappy with the service one of our representitives provided for any reason, we will return your money. If you have no specific complaint with time we spent, but you feel you will not use up the remainder of your prepaid time, we will return the unused portion of your retainer, no questions asked.
