Stapel Genesen setup and configuration services. This is a fixed price consulting service that can be added to any Genesen platform purchased from our store. It is a full installation service from configuration all the way to remote assistance for installing into your environment.

Here’s how the process works:

1. First add this product to your cart before you check out.
2. You will receive an automated email to a page on our site to initiate the information gathering process.
3. One of our team members will review the Genesen platform you purchased.
4. We will then contact you to schedule an initial consultation via a remote session to review your environment and determine how you would like your Genesen server configured.
5. We will then gather any additional information required for the configuration of the server.
6. Our engineers will then setup your server, verifying the configuration for your environment.
7. We will then coordinate the delivery of your server and schedule the remote assistance session for installing the server into your environment.
8. At that point, there will be a two week period where you can contact us for additional support related to your environment and the Genesen Platform.
