Here’s how the process works:
- First add this product to your cart before you check out.
- You will receive an automated email to a page on our site to initiate the information gathering process.
- One of our team members will review the Genesen platform you purchased.
- We will then contact you to schedule an initial consultation via a remote session to review your environment and determine how you would like your Genesen server configured.
- We will then gather any additional information required for the configuration of the server.
- Our engineers will then setup your server, verifying the configuration for your environment.
- We will then coordinate the delivery of your server and schedule the remote assistance session for installing the server into your environment.
- At that point, there will be a two week period where you can contact us for additional support related to your environment and the Genesen Platform.
