Stapel Unified Communications Platform

In the age of Zoom, Teams, and the myriad of online meeting platforms, Voice is becoming the forgotten technology that many organizations still rely on and will for the forseeable future.

If you're one of those organizations, our voice service offering is straight forward and the perfect complement to your collaboration capability.

Stapel can help move your voice infrastructure to the 21st Century while saving you time and money. We offer simplified service, with up front pricing, tailored to your needs.

Here's How It Works:

Step 1

Determine Your User Type

Standard User

The Standard User comes with all the functionality most organizations need. With built in Voice, Video, and Chat, along with full Unified Communications capabilities like ring groups, voicemail to email, mobile app, queues, custom greetings and a host of other features. This is the perfect solution for unlimited Domestic Calling in the Continental United States.

Advanced User

The Advanced User is for the user that requires all the features in the Standard User level, but performs a lot of international calling, requires custom integrations into other systems, or would like to integrate Voice capability into your existing Microsoft Teams environment.

Step 2

Pick Service Add-Ons

Additional Phone Number

Add a phone number to your hosted Voice system with a standard DID phone number. These DID numbers can be used for anything from a dedicated conference bridge, inbound fax, or virtual phone number for external forwarding.

Conference Room Phone Line

Stapel's Hosted Phone Conference Over IP (VoIP) solution offers cost effective, voice conference line capability. Everything you need to host and manage large audio conferences directly from your phone system.

Microsoft Teams Integration

Don't need international calling or CRM integration, but would like to add Teams integration to our Standard User? Then the Microsoft Teams Integration Add-On is for you.

Step 3

Add Hardware If Needed
