How many devices am I able to add?
There is no limit to the number of devices you can add to the system. Our pricing is based on extensions and each extension can connect any number of physical or software based phone devices.
Will I be able to use my existing phone number?
Yes, your existing phone numbers can be transferred to the new phone system via a process called Porting. There is a little bit of paper work involved, but it's painless and can be scheduled to make the transition smooth.
If I already have phones in my office, will I still be able to use those or do I have to only use the computer?
Depending on the model of your existing physical phones, there is a potential those phones can be integrated into the new system. Some devices are proprietary and only work with certain systems. As part of the initial discovery process, we will review your current phone system hardware to determine whether or not your phones are compatible.
Is there anything else needed for the Microsoft Teams Integration?
Microsoft Teams integration does have some additional licensing and setup requirements. Please see click this link to learn more about Microsoft's Licensing requirements.
Fee Explanation
Monthly fees for Voice Over IP Seats are billed in advance. Monthly billing will begin on the first day of live service and will be prorated for the first month. Invoices are due within 15 days of invoice date.
Local and Long distance calls within the Continental United States are included in the monthly fees. Calls to Alaska and Hawaii are considered international calling.
Variable Monthly Fees
All International calls are billed per minute and in arrears on a monthly basis as a separate invoice. International calls can be restricted upon request.
Contract Term Length
The standard service term is a 12 month commitment with a month to month commitment commencing at the end of month twelve.
Optional Discounts
Discounts are offered on two additional contract term lengths outlined below:
Term Commitments Discount
24 Month Term 5% Discount on total monthly cost, setup fee waived. 36 Month Term 10% Discount on total monthly cost, setup fee waived.
Yearly Payment Option Discount
If you are interested in paying a yearly installment, we offer an additional 5% discount on top of the term commitment pricing outlined above.
Payment Methods
Stapel offers several payment methods including Check, ACH Auto Pay, and Yearly Billing.
Additional One-Time Fees
There is a standard $65.00 per extension one-time remote setup fee that will be billed separately upon execution of the agreement. This Voice Over IP Phone System Setup fee includes the design, configuration, implementation and training for the Stapel Hosted Voice over IP solution.
Onsite Training can be requested and is quoted per project based on your specific situation.
